Exhibitor visa
As per 9 January 2024, according to the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights (KEPMENKUMHAM) No. IMI.2-GR.01.01-2.8086 on 29-November-2023, in order to enter Indonesia for Exhibition or Business activities, participants attending exhibitions are required to obtain Business Visa code: C11.
The C11 visa is designed to comply with Indonesia’s immigration policies and enables participants to engage in exhibition activities legally. Hence, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience during the exhibition in Indonesia, we advise that all international exhibitors apply for the C11 visa (including ASEAN countries exhibitors).
