Indonesian government has made a commitment to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2060. To achieve it, Indonesia plans to have all public transit buses run on electricity and has set a target to put 41,000 electric buses into operation by 2030.
The city-owned bus operator- Great Jakarta's Transjakarta has an ambitious plan to expand its e-bus fleet to 10.000 units by 2030. Not only that, but Indonesia's New Capital City (IKN) will adopt green city concept in which all city transports must be green and zero emissions.
The objective of this webinar is to find out the readiness for Indonesian electric buses from regulations, implementations, and financing for the electric buses.
