Who we are
PT Pertamina Lubricants (PTPL) is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PT PPN), under the Commercial & Trading Subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero). The company was established on September 23, 2013, and received the spin-off of the Lubricants Business Unit of PT Pertamina (Persero) on October 30, 2013.
The establishment of the company is based on Deed No. 35, drawn up before Notary Lenny Janis Ishak, S.H., concerning PT Pertamina Lubricants.
PT Pertamina Lubricants was established in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas.
PT Pertamina Lubricants operates in the production, processing, transportation, storage, distribution, and marketing of lubricants, grease, specialty products, base oil, and their raw materials.
